Fantastic experience. With online auctions, you never know what you may get but with Surplus Depot Auctions, they clearly describe the items, if there is damage or missing parts and what they are. I recently won my first item and the communications for pickup were fantastic, easy to follow, and the item was ready for me. I was greeted at the door and the transaction was very smooth. Definitely looking for more items that I need and will use them again!

Great place to do your bidding! I got a lot of items that i I am reselling and there have been items that I kept for myself. You can get high value items that are 'like new' for half the price of retail. The staff there is really nice and cool as well. If you ever have a problem, they are willing to help.

This is a wonderful auction house. I have dealt with auction houses in the past and found they misrepresented things. They didn’t ship me the things I won. Surplus depot was fantastic. The items are exactly as described, the items were purchased at a great price. I live a little over an hour away from the auction house. Matt called me to let me know shipping was going to be rather expensive because I won a lot of lots. I appreciate that call. I drove down and picked up my items and they saved me a lot of money. I am definitely looking forward to working with them again in the future.

SUPER honest auction house! You know how you might find an auto mechanic or a lawyer that is honest ..and you grab on tight and hold onto them with both hands? Well, Matt is the real deal!! He and his crew go through all lots and strive to give the best, most accurate description INCLUDING FAULTS/DEFECTS/MISSING PARTS (even though this could be viewed as detrimental to his hammer price). Being human, they can, of course, miss things from time to time. The thing that sets Surplus Depot apart from other auction houses is that, if they miss something, Matt will make it right! I know this because of 1 lot, NOT because it has been any sort of a pervasive problem!! In conclusion, I would like to ask the general public not to bid against me (in return for reassuring everyone via my positive review) 😂. UPDATE...I wanted to leave another positive review but can't seem to do that, can only edit the one I already did...I am SUPER PSYCHED!!! I just paid $26 for a $129 dollar mini circular saw with a handle for reaching in small places! What a find! What a buy! What a STEAL!!! Are you KIDDING ME??? 20% of retail??? Yee haw! I will do that ALL DAY LONG!!!

I like this auction. They tell you upfront the condition of the product and they have the pictures to match. I've done the auction a couple times. The first time I had the items delivered, which was a little expensive. The second time I picked up the items from the warehouse, which was much more cost effective. The team is communicative and helpful. I highly recommend these auctions!

The products I've purchased through surplus depot, have all been exactly as represented in the description. I really like that they'll show you pictures of the packaging if there's is any and damage, and if there is any to product. Lots of available hours to pick up too.

Super easy pick up. They used the forklift to help me load some appliances into my truck that would have been a nightmare with just ramps and a dolly.

Snagged a sweet Hunter backpack for $20. Website and auction were easy to navigate and pickup was easy! Can't wait for more finds, it's like a little treasure hunt each time!

I realize these items are returned, however I have spent too much on items that did not work. I did purchase a beautiful chair for little money, so that is a plus. The gamble is not worth it for appliances and kitchen gadgets. Will not be participating in any further auctions.

Should not sell things you KNOW are broken and unrepairable.

Excellent to work with! Fair prices and they offered me a refund an a $20 item when it was going to cost $270 to ship it! That’s customer service. And their communication was intuitive and transparent.

Wow I found the coolest, simplest auction site. All the bidding is via the web and most stay open for a week. I have made two purchases each week and can not be any happier. Everything I bought has been exactly as it was described. I'm picking up my Grandfather clock tomorrow. Total cost under $24.

I recently made my first purchase from these gentlemen, I bought a portable battery jump starter, flashlight device thing. It retails for something like $180, I think I paid 36 bucks for it. The warehouse was very clean and the gentleman that helped me was very helpful and very professional. Spot on performance guys, keep it up
